saint louis teaparty for trump

Sorry if you've heard this one before:

click link above

"Bout damn time!"

That's what I heard from a Twitter follower when Gateway Pundit Jim Hoft announced the Tea Party for Trump, Sunday, August 28 at 4:00 p.m. at Surdyke Harley-Davidson in Festus.

Speakers include:
Our mission: to energize the grassroots to get out the vote in November.

The choice is simple: Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump will choose Antonin Scalia's replacement on the Supreme Court.

If you think the last Supreme Court session was bad for America, you ain't seen nothin' until Hillary's radical agenda has a 5-4 majority. For a generation!

And, like the Twitter follower said, it's about time for Tea Party, don't you think?

Come on down to Festus on August 28. You'll be glad you did.

US Steel won't pay for benefits - CHCH

US Steel won't pay for benefits - CHCH:

vid in article

A judge has decided that U.S. Steel will not be paying for retiree benefits
U.S. Steel will set aside $1.57 million for employee retention bonuses, but the company does not have to reinstate the retirement benefits for more than 20,000 retired steel workers.
Coverage for prescription drugs and dental care was suspended in October 2015 after U.S. Steel Canada claimed they would go bankrupt if they did not get rid of those benefits.
Justice Herman Wilton-Siegel did order U.S. Steel to contribute $2.7 million to a provincial transition fund for those retirees.
Earlier this week U.S. Steel Canada argued that they weren’t in a good enough financial position to cover the retiree benefits, but the Steelworkers Union disputes that claim.
The cost of retiree benefits is about $3.6 million a month. The union suggested that U.S. Steel is currently negotiating with bidders to buy the company and they don’t want the cost of retiree benefits to get in the way.

protest against snucks august 12th, 13th

Gary,
We're glad you're standing with us to stop Schnucks Markets' plans to slash wages and eliminate the jobs of 190 union warehouse workers.
We need your help this weekend to take action with Teamsters Local 688 at Schnucks locations in St. Louis:
Friday, August 12th from 12:00-4:00 pm | 1950 Zumbehl Road
Saturday, August 13th from 12:00-4:00 pm | 4171 Lindell Blvd
Unions keep workplaces safe, wages fair, and build a strong middle class -- and hard working St. Louis families deserve living wages and better treatment than they're getting with this scheme from Schnucks.

Thanks for joining us in the fight for good wages and a strong middle class. See you thisweekend!
